2011年不仅对于深圳人是值得欢庆的，对于我来说，也是重要的一年，因为在这一年中，我要经历人生中仅仅一次的中考，一定会有很大的压力。我想啊，我一定得努力，考出个好成绩，然后强烈要求妈妈带我去大运会现场看看哥哥姐姐们互相争夺冠军时的景象，一定既紧张又刺激。就为了这个，我也一定要把英文学好，到时候，我可不能给我们中国人丢面子啊，大运会的规模可是世界性的，要是老外来和你搭个腔，你讲起来就是滔滔不绝、声情并茂，那该多自豪呀；相反，要是你一问三不知，那面子可就丢大了！

听说大运会的哥哥姐姐们大都不是专业选手，也就是说业余选手也能参加，那么我们谭老师的儿子也能去露一手，那位哥哥可是跑步健将呢。

如果这样，那可是再好不过了，去了体育馆，还能给自己小学老师的儿子打打气呢！

我希望这一切都不只是南柯一梦，希望它是真正会发生的`，因为这是深圳与国际接轨的标志，也是深圳人迈向世界的重要一步。

the international university sports federation fisu (fédération internationale du sport universitaire) with its headquarters in brussels, was founded in luxembourg in 1949. the fisu is the supporting organization of the biannual universiades (summer and winter), which take place in odd numbered years, and of the 30 world university championships taking place in even years. currently the fisu includes 134 national university sports federations.

the universiade originated in italy, to be precise in torino, in 1959, and was inspired by primo nebiolo. cusi (italian university sports centre) - nebiolo was the president at that time - organized an international event and named it universiade. this name calls to mind different concepts: university, sport, and universality. in a single word it expresses all that is meant by sports at university. in order to highlight the universality of the event, during the medal ceremonies all the national anthems were replaced by gaudeamus igitur, the students anthem. for the first time also the universiade flag was flown: a flag with five stars arranged in the shape of a "u", still today the symbol of the international university sports federation. so, the universiade is a cultural and sports event which takes places every two years in different countries and constitutes the most important international event after the olympic games.

the summer universiade consists of ten standard sports and some others chosen by the organizers. up to now, the beijing 2001 games (china) recorded the largest number of participants ( 6,657 athletes) whereas the daegu 2003 games (korea) recorded the largest number of nations participating: no lethan 174!

the winter universiade consists of six standard sports and some others chosen by the organizers. the tarvisio 2003 games recorded the largest number of participants (1,935), whereas the muju-chonju (korea) 1997 games recorded the largest number of nations participating (48).

yesterday our grade held a sports meeting. we have six classes in our grade. all the classes dide very well.

in the boy's 100-metre race, lin lin from class 2 won the first.

at first, zhang lin from our class and lin tao from class 1 were neck and neck. lin lin fell behind. but, finally

in the girl's 100-metre race, mei mei ran the fastest, and zhang fang from class 4 and li ming from class 5 were

both fell behind, but they tried their best ,and that was enough.

in the high jump, when jin ling jumped 1.80 metres high, all the classes stood up and cried, well done! congratulations!

but liu tao from our class also did very well ,he jumped 1.71 metres high and chen hao, 1.56 metres high.

in the long jump, zhang ming from class 2 was the top,he jumped 7.78 metres long,

zhou ping and gao lin from class 4 and class 7.78 were both very good.

finally, our class won the second，we were all very happy, our headmaster told us to do our best in everything.

last month we had a sports meeting. though the weather wasn't very fine that day, the students were all very excited and the whole school was alive.this time, i was even more excited.because i went in for the sports meeting and my item was high jump. i didn't want to get any place, i only wanted to enjoy the game because i knew i wasn't good at sports.

when i got to the field with my friend. i was both excited and nervous. when i saw the first height, my heart could hardly heat.how high it was! it was higher than our desks. i couldn't believe my eyes. this was too high for me to jump over. i wasn't nervous at that time, while i was a bit afraid. but i had gone there, i must have a try.

not long after, the game began. the first person was great. he jumped over easily. i was too surprised to say a word. the second was good, too. the third nearly jumped over, but he wasn't bad......it was my turn. i had a deep breath and then ran towards. in front of the pole, i began to jump. oh, no!my right foot hit the pole. “i failed.” i thought. and then, another unlucky thing happened.i didn't stand firm and i tumbled. i hurt my back badly. at that moment i felt my back was broken. it was too painful. it seemed that the people around field all didn't know that, they only laughed at my foolish posture. after a very short rest, i stood up.

i push my pain back and then went out of the field with my red face. my friend hurried to come to me. he asked me if this was terrible. i was too pained with my back to answer his questions. i only shook my head. i was sad. not only i had hurt my back but also i couldn't go on in the game. i had to see the others jump and wish them to get a good place.

though i didn't have the whole game. i was still very happy. because a lot of my classmates tried their best in the game and they got a lot of good places. they were all best in my eyes. i was thankful to them for doing their best for our class.

身边的感动

由于大运的到来，学校举行了种种活动，其中的环保活动已深深地烙印在同学心中：同学们毫无平时的娇生惯养，热情高涨，身体一次次蹲下，站起，垃圾桶一次次爆满，还原。同学的手已经脏了，但仍不厌其烦地捡着。他们的眼中没有一丝厌恶的神情。烈日炎炎下，一颗豆大的汗珠滴落，溅起千万颗水珠，折射出同学对大运的热情。此情此景，怎能不令我感动呢？一只无形的大手撩开了些许薄纱，令我可以窥视一二：大运是同学的热情！

心中的触动

我犹如无头苍蝇在街上乱窜，忽然，我的脚步停了下来，目光定在一位老奶奶身上。她拐着拐杖，颤巍巍的身躯令我毫不怀疑她会倒下。我摩拳擦掌准备大展身手。忽然，一阵古龙香水掠过，老奶奶身旁便出现了一位好心人，他热心地询问老奶奶，用嘘寒问暖毫不为过……我百思不得其解，为什么人们会在一夜之间变得好心，突然，我的目光停留在好心人的'衣服上——大运志愿者。

此时此刻，大运的那层薄纱已经揭开：大运是深圳，学校，人们的变化，让我们一起欢呼：“从这里开始！”

星期五的早上，在操场上早已聚集满了人山人海的小学生和学生教师。这次运动会我们先举行了跳远比赛，我们班的每一个人的跳高成绩都很不错。后来，我们比赛了迎面接力跑，这场比赛我们得了第三名。实践性骏马一样飞驰着，比赛结束了。

on friday morning, the playground was full of students and teachers. we held the long jump competition first in this sports meeting. everyone in our class got a good result in high jump. later, we competed in the face-to-face relay race, in which we won the third place. like a practical horse, the race is over.

后面两项篮球和拔河比赛我们班都没有取得优异的成绩。不过我们没有灰心，还用以后的比赛，我们到那时候可能不会还是没有赢一场比赛的。

the last two basketball and tug of war games in our class did not achieve excellent results. but we didnt lose heart. we still use the future games. we may not have won a game by then.

这是一个宁静的早晨，我在睡梦中迷迷糊糊的睁开了眼睛，突然发现爸爸妈妈穿着一身整齐的红色马甲站在我面前上面写着两个字“义工”。我不由得吓了一跳，问爸爸：“呦，怎么今天这么早起床了？”“呵呵，你还不知道吧！为了迎接深圳大运会，让深圳变得更加文明，我们决定为深圳做贡献，去做义工。”“是啊，大运会就要来了我们要力所能及的为迎大运贡献一份微薄的力量。”妈妈笑眯眯的说道。“可以带上我吗？”我蹦了起来，问道。“当然可以了，你也是我们家庭的一分子嘛。”妈妈肯定的回答。随后，我跟着爸爸妈妈在马路中央，用行动告诉了大家：红灯停，绿灯行，请大家争当文明市民。

晚上回到家，我很严肃的对爸爸妈妈说：“从现在开始，我要当你们的老师！”爸爸妈妈愣住了，用满是疑惑的眼光看着我。我笑眯眯的对他们说：“因为我们将迎来的是全世界的大学生，所以我们要努力的`学习英语，用流利的英语为外国朋友介绍深圳著名的景点。向他们展示中国深圳的风采。我希望我们可以用英语为他们指路，让他们感受到宾至如归的温暖。”爸爸妈妈对视一笑，对我说：“当然好啦。”

一连几个晚上，我都在教爸爸妈妈日常英语语句，爸爸妈妈也学得很认真，只要一没事就翻出笔记本来一遍又一遍的背。有时后说话还时不时从嘴中蹦出几个英语单词。经过我的辛苦调教后，爸爸妈妈的英语水平都有了很大的进步，可以流利的说一些简单的日常英语了。

因为大运，我们家变得更加文明了。在公共场所不会大吵大闹，不会乱丢垃圾，看到垃圾时还会捡起垃圾放入垃圾桶，不会随地吐痰，不会踏入草坪。在公共汽车上还会为老人，小孩等让座。

深圳因为大运而美丽，我相信，在不久的将来，大学生运动会会成为深圳的一道美丽的风景线。
