i spent this summer vacation in quite a different way. i used to run about every day in previous summer vacations, but this summer vacation i simply could not afford to do so. i would soon be in the last year of my high-school education and would after graduation be up against the college entrance examinations. though those examinations were still a year away, i had to start early to make myself well prepared by reviewing all those things i had learned at school and this summer vacation was the ideal time for me to do this. at first i was rather dismayed at the thought of this, but later i thought it was better this way because by working hard this summer i could count on endless happy summers to come. with this in mind i then set to work like anything and only occasionally went out for a change or did some physical. i was not at all bored by this kind of life, for i was sustained by a hope.

“仙女”是我们英语蒋老师。
蒋老师身材修长，鹅蛋脸，飘逸长发垂落在肩；走路带风，有股模特范儿，仙味十足。名字带个“先”字，所以取其谐音为“仙”，这就是“仙女”名号的由来。“这位老师非凡人，化作仙女下凡尘”，是我们对蒋老师的一致评价。
“仙女”外表娇柔，却甚洒脱。不爱布置太多作业，每天至多半个钟，即可全部搞定，这点深受同学喜欢。也从不催作业，让我们学会对自己负责，所以班上学习英语的热情，一直高涨。
仙女很信任同学们。学期初发放练习册，仙女从不强迫同学撕答案，非常放心地让我们保存。
仙女不仅教我们六班，亦任五班班主任。蒋老师似乎更关心我们，讲到一些扩展知识点，仙女总是说：“好好听哦！这个，我没讲给五班的！”
同学一听，精神大振，认真做笔记。我有时碰见五班同学，总有种莫名的愧疚感；也总感觉他们眼里，怀着一股嫉妒之意。
仙女在同学面前从不摆架子。开学时，就对我们说，平时遇见她不用喊老师，直接叫英文名：hana。还调侃：“要是你们喊老师，我可能只会想：嗯？这位礼貌的同学好面熟。”
仙女叫同学的方式很洋气。总喜欢像英文一样，将姓名顺序颠倒。例如丁显洲同学，仙女就会叫“显洲丁”。有些名字不适合，就换种方式，例如艾家睿，就叫“小艾”。我呢，既可叫“明泽高”，也可叫“小高”。叫哪个，看老师心情。
仙女很脱俗。每当同学们犯了低级错误，她只笑骂几句，非真骂，蒋老师骂人，从不带一个脏字，都是些清奇词语：“猪头！”“脑子里有肥肠！”被骂的同学，抱住脑袋。吃瓜群众，捧腹大笑。这时，仙女满脸问号，疑惑于同学们笑点这么低。于是故意摆出一个很逗的表情，更引来同学阵阵欢笑。
仙女有些奇妙癖好，最深刻的，就是仙女的“温柔捏”。
一次，大家正做笔记，仙女飘下讲台。路过一位腮肉丰满的同学，停住，俯下身，深情抓住他的脸，温柔揉捏。那个同学还想躲闪，仙女瞪大眼睛：“哦？还躲？”说着，再次抓住，捏了两下。捏罢，露出温柔的微笑，还丢一句：“胶原带白不错哦。”
仙女学外语出身，带股洋味儿。平时上下学，若是碰见，她一定提着一瓶咖啡。身旁飘过时，浓郁咖啡香扑鼻而来，引来同学深深羡慕。
仙女多才多艺。听说一个很火的网站上，有蒋老师跳舞视频，点击量达18万多人次。这也引来许多同学纷纷前去观看，看罢，只有一句：“仙女真是仙女啊！”
仙女很个性。最令同学吃惊的，蒋老师至今，无学生家长微信。对此，同学们有各种各样的推测。说什么的什么都有，有说仙女不爱用微信；有说仙女只有宝中老师的微信；更有甚者，说老师只有男朋友的微信。各种奇葩推测，众说纷坛，也使得仙女更神秘，更仙了。
